We put it together and we love it. I bought it sight unseen and I saw many endorsements from prominent TV shows and Camp David and the Wall St. Journal, etc. and decided to take a chance. Also, you offered lifetime guarantee, cleaning optional only, and free return shipping if not satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised. Nothing was broken or missing. That is very rare for any consumer product today. Customer service is usually shabby at best, but everything about your company spells suceess, great customer service and great product. It is beautiful. No rough undone edges underneath the bench itself, no metal nails or screws which can split the wood. Simply amazing. What a fine elegant, classy piece of outdoor furniture it is.
