I just received our rocking chair and I'm extremely pleased with it. The box arrived in a plywood frame that looked like it would withstand a tornado. The chair took less than 10 minutes to put together and it's now proudly sitting on our porch. I ordered the chair from Flo and she was wonderful to work with - efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The chair arrived exactly when promised. This won't be the last time I'll be ordering from Westminister Teak.

We just received our Sunbrella cushions for our two rocking chairs and the additional fabric top for our umbrella. THEY WERE ALL PERFECT!! The cushions are awesome, the exact shade we wanted plus a PERFECT FIT, and the umbrella fabric top matches perfectly. I don't know how your company manages such perfection, but it does!! I had the pleasure of dealing with your representative Michelle. I cannot say enough about how she took care of my request in a very helpful and enthusiastic manner. Scheduling deliveries can be a problem but not when your dealing with Michelle. We originally ordered two Teak rocking chairs they were delivered as requested and we liked them so much we ordered a matching table and pillows. The pillows were added after Michelle sent us fabric samples to choose from. Being able to talk with a customer representative like Michelle is a real plus.
