Thanks for contacting us. The shipment of two chairs and a side table arrived via DHL on schedule and the boxes were in good shape, so we were not concerned. We opened them and assembled the chairs and table fairly easily. Frankly most of the time was spent getting the furniture pieces out of the boxes, but we were impressed with the exceptional quality of the packaging, which insured that the furniture was in absolutely great shape. We were delighted with the quality of the chairs and table. There is always a risk of ordering online when one cannot examine a product first hand. I was the one to order the set on-line with photos as my guide. When it was shipped, I was out-of-town at military training. My husband (who was concerned about the price), received the table and chairs. With a friend, he assembled the chairs and then called me excitedly. He is absolutely in love with the set.It is well-crafted and beautiful to the eye. The table is gorgeous! I am also pleased with the chairs because they sit so comfortably.
