All of the covers we sell are guaranteed to be free from material and craftsmanship defects for a duration of 2 years from the date of purchase. Punctures, rips, holes, and tears can be considered normal customer wear & tear during the life of the cover and will be subject to our consideration. The claim must be made by the purchaser of the item(s) in question. Should it be determined a defect in material/craftsmanship has occurred Westminster Teak will, at its discretion, replace the cover at no charge to the customer.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Returned items may not be used, washed, altered or damaged and must be suitable for resale. If the cover has been taken out of the box and left on the furniture overnight, the cover is not returnable. If you are unsure of the look or size, please keep the cover in the box and inside. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
