Shipments was intact ... not damage at all. Very happy with the product. Assembly was minimal and easily accomplished. Tell folks to READ the instructions though. Also, I HIGHLY recommend investing in your teak oil and treating before ever using the furniture. Brings out the wood grain, and protects the investment.

Thanks for the email follow-up. Our bath mat arrived intact and is beautifully crafted. It fits PERFECTLY in with our bathroom. If I were prone to having amorous feelings for inanimate objects, I would say that I love the mat- but that would just be weird. I will say though that we are VERY happy with your product

Westminster Teak is excellent for its quality and service - I ordered some goods from Westminster Teak and the service was amazing. They followed the whole order right the way through and kept me informed. When the goods did arrive (on time) they were just what I wanted and the quality was excellent. However, it didn't finish there as I got a phone call to make sure I was happy. What service!!
