Shower bench- Well thought out design. Had reservations regarding the price of the item but after reviewing available information and comparing the bench to several competitors products, the mortise & tenon construction with dowels is far superior to screwed/bolted models available. Assembly was not complicated, item is very sturdy. Product warranty is also a plus.

I have to say that everything, from the shipment to the product, is great! The shipment came almost immediately after I placed the order. One of the bottle was leaking a little bit . To Whom it may concern, I was very impressed with the quality of your product. I found your company through a search on Yahoo! and was pleased to find your website easily navigable. On the day of my searcgh you were offering a special sale, but I needed an additional day to go home and measure the bar height to make sure the stools were the right size. Your customer service rep via phone was very helpful and gave me a 24 hour "gratis" period to complete the findings on my end. The product was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape. I am no "handyman" but set up was easy, and the product is beautiful. I love the dowels (sp) and appreciate that there is no hardware to rust or turn color,especially important for outdoor furniture. Although you were not the cheapest on the web for this product, I am satisfied knowing that I got the quality I paid for.
