I recently experienced a product defect with a table we'd had for almost a year. After exchanging some photos, Flo in the Customer Service Dept quickly set the wheels in motion to get a new table sent out to us and the old one picked up. She followed up multiple times throughout the process, keeping me abreast of the shipping schedule and what we needed to do to return the defective table.
