Thanks for asking. Everything arrived one day ahead of schedule, which was really nice, since I was not going to be available on the scheduled date! The wood used to frame the stack on the pallet had gotten pretty badly broken up, and some of the boxes took a bit of a beating, but the heavy cardboard did its job and protected the teak! Three cheers for heavy cardboard! Thanks again for making a great product, and for packing it well enough to survive the apes in shipping.

The tiles arrived undamaged and i just finished the last installation. I became quite adapt at cutting around the posts of our fence in the backyard and reinforcing the new pieces for level and strength (wood glue and clamps worked like a charm). The installation looks great and this past weekend we spread ourselves on towels over the new patio floor and soaked in the Spring sun. I hope it lasts a long time.
