Best service!- I was happily about to begin assembly of my bench when I realized an arm had a broken corner. It was late on a Friday afternoon (I think) and I was dismayed, but instantly I sent an email about what I should do. I got a "near instant" answer along with assurances that it would all go smoothly at no cost. Made all the difference in the world! Could have ruined my weekend, but it made it instead.
