Beautiful Furniture!- We bought a teak dining table that is round with two leaves that fold out to oval and six arm chairs as well as an end/side table. Everything was delivered timely and very well packaged. Minimal assembly work was required and it was very simple to understand and perform. The finished product is gorgeous, and very comfortable. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! We are considering the Adirondack chairs/stools for our next addition to the collection.

The table arrived in excellent condition with no observed damage on the external container or the table itself. The packaging was exceptional! The table itself was protected by internal cardboard bracing inside a cardboard box which was then externally lined with plywood and covered with plastic protective coating. The entire container was placed on a pallet which was strapped to the box packaging. We are very happy with the product.

Big storm brings on outstanding customer service - I have dealt with Westminster Teak for over 5 years. They have the most couteous and conscientous customer service reps I have ever dealt with. My problem this time was a wind storm that broke our umbrella. We needed a new umbrella cover. The color we wanted is not one of the stock colors, but they are getting it for us and in the interim sent us a black cover to use until the other one arrives in 6-12 weeks. The black cover was free and is ours to keep! Then one of the spokes on the umbrella was broken. They asked for a photo. They then told us that we didn't need to buy an entire umbrella, we could just buy the wooden spoke and then they sent directions on how to replace the spoke. This is incredible service. I will continue to buy from them for as long as I live!
