Excellent bench and superb service even with a part broken during shipping- I purchased a teak bench from Westminster Teak two weeks ago. Unfortunately during shipping the bench seat was broken. However, within 5 days a replacement seat arrived on my door step at no charge. Upon assembly of the bench, I am very impressed with the design, quality of the teak and finish of the bench. The bench arrived in good time and in excellent condition. I took a whole five minutes to attach the legs and seat the teak pins. I attached some spare rubber feet to the legs to keep it from sliding and we put it to use the very day in the new shower. It was everything we wanted and we had looked a lot of places!!!
