Teak refinishing- Needed a good product to refinish a VERY weathered teak bench. Ordering "on line" was simple, great delivery and excellent product with clear instructions. Fairly easy to get a beautiful restored finish. Very happy with the results.

overall good experience- All excellent except the final shipping. You should make it clear to (some) customers that even though there is a UPS tracking number, it may be given to a regular trucking company at some point in the journey. In our case the final trucking company for the delivery to our house was using a full semi-tractor. We are in an area with narrow roads and had a recent 80 mph windstorm that would have made getting to our house very difficult. We made arrangements to meet the truck a mile away so he could easily get back out of the area.
