To Whom it may concern, This e-mail is in regard to the beautiful Teak eclipse bench we ordered several weeks ago. We love it, no matter what kind of weather we have (which varies daily) it always looks beautiful. We have decided to keep it in our entry room for guests to use. Everyone who enters the house comments on how wonderful it matches our woodwork and how beautiful it is. No one has ever seen such a bench (eclipse) in teak. It is always a conversation piece. The teak bench itself arrived at the warehouse a day early. Once the box was opened we found the contents to be in perfect condition. The teakwood bench was easy to put together, as our 4year old daughter helped! Again thank you, and when we decide to update our "outside" furnishings we will be contacting you for the updated catalog.

Scheduling deliveries can be a problem but not when your dealing with Michelle. We originally ordered two Teak rocking chairs they were delivered as requested and we liked them so much we ordered a matching table and pillows. The pillows were added after Michelle sent us fabric samples to choose from. Being able to talk with a customer representative like Michelle is a real plus. We received the teak coffee table timely and in excellent condition. It was extremely well packed. As we intend to use it indoors, I promptly oiled it. It took up the oil beautifully and now has a very warm tone. I am impressed by how smooth the wood is. We have a lot of teak furniture, and quite expensive, might I add, but none has had such a smooth finish. It fits right in where I had planned it, and we are very pleased.

Yes, the furniture order arrived and I have assembled it. I must admit that I was a bit apprehensive about assembly since most products requiring assembly have incorrect/incomplete directions and missing parts. In your case the instructions were totally accurate and clear and all the parts were there including some extra pegs,if needed.
