I really love the benches! They are an elegant addition that is now the centerpiece of our new deck. They turned out to be even better than I expected. They arrived in time for a party and everyone attending wanted to know where we got them (and I told them). My husband is considering purchasing more of the products (he was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship). I will be happy to recommend your products to my friends and family. Thanks for contacting us. The shipment of two chairs and a side table arrived via DHL on schedule and the boxes were in good shape, so we were not concerned. We opened them and assembled the chairs and table fairly easily. Frankly most of the time was spent getting the furniture pieces out of the boxes, but we were impressed with the exceptional quality of the packaging, which insured that the furniture was in absolutely great shape. We were delighted with the quality of the chairs and table. There is always a risk of ordering online when one cannot examine a product first hand. Your Web page descriptions of the quality of the teak and its origins from a sustainable forest impressed us greatly and we were not concerned that we would be let down on quality. I can now say that we couldn't be more happy with the furniture. It is everything that we hoped for and a great improvement over the inexpensive set that we have used for the past ten years. Everything worked out great. The boxes were in decent condition when they arrived, with the exception of the cushions. Those boxes were all but destroyed, but the cushions were unharmed due to the thick plastic primary packaging. The furniture is beautiful and was easy to put together. Made it possible to build in place on an upstairs balcony. No other issues; very happy with the purchase.
